By: permon8 permon8

If you are worried about how to handle obesity then read on as we share some great tips with you. Obesity is a major cause of concern for many people and it is an issue that is not only restricted to developed countries but also the huge number of developing ones.

What makes obesity a worrying factor is that it leads to a lot of secondary problems like heart and lung ailments, respiratory problems, lack of mobility and even heart failure! Thus it is vital to start loosing as much fat as possible.

The first major tip that is always given to most obese or over weight people is to get some regular cardio vascular exercises. You do not need to start on a specialized or strenuous exercise regime immediately that costs a lot of money. Easy but regular cardio vascular exercises like skipping, jogging, running or free hand exercises can do the trick for you. Some of the other exercises that you can try are biking, swimming or aerobics and dancing. Any of these can be done for about half an hour for at least five days a week to get the desired results.

The peculiar thing about excess body fat and cellulite is that they tend to be crowded at the belly, abdomen and thigh. Importantly, these are the regions of the body that are most difficult to get in shape quickly. The natural tendency of the body is to save fat near the belly to be used later. But with regular exercise and a planned diet we can easily loose the unwanted fats effectively.

It is often advised by doctors that we should not eat a heavy diet if we show the tendency to gain fat. Break down your three main meals to five or six parts and try to consume them at a fixed interval. When we eat heavily, the body fails to burn all the energy and thus we the excess gets stored around to tummy to be used later. Moreover, the more number of times we eat, the body would require more energy each time to break the food and hence more calories will be burnt.

Developing muscles is the other way to turn your fat into muscle. This may take some time, but remember that the body needs more calories to maintain the developed muscles rather than the fat. So easy training exercises like weight lifting with small weight, push ups, pull ups, stretching, etc. can effectively add muscle to your body and thus increase you metabolism.

Consuming junk food or calorie drinks and cold beverages add huge amounts of calories to the body. Drinking cold drinks twice a day can add as much as to 35 extra pounds as fat to the body! Drink water, if need be cold water, instead of cold drinks and artificially sweetened drinks. Also you should say no to foods like white breads, rice or pasta. Go for whole gains, vegetables and fruits.

Start your yoga session quickly! Something as slow as yoga can really help you loose weight and stay fit forever. Yoga provides workout from inside and stretches the muscles. It reduces the fat coverings on the internal organs, which is never possible with conventional exercises.
