The lady on the television show was not that huge as she is wasn't someone you would pass on the street and think as obese, but the body fat content is the key here and in her own case she has more than 30 percent of that. Folks whose desire is to lose weight quickly should take to eating low fat diet and combine it with weight lifting and cardio, as these fitness regimes will help them burn off some fat and replacing those with muscles.
